Chakra System Reset Sound Bath (Solo)

Service Description

A Private Sound Bath Healing Session is a powerful hour long healing experience that uses the healing vibrations of sound to promote deep relaxation and balance the body, mind and energy system. Sessions are offered in person at Awakenings Metaphysical Bookstore in Laguna Hills, CA. The hour-long session begins with the use of an Ocean Drum lasting for about 5 minutes. The Ocean Drum simulates the sound of the Ocean which helps breaking up stagnant energy as well as raises the frequency of the brain. Then, Seven Crystal Singing Bowls, attuned to the seven Major Chakras, are then utilized for about 35 minutes. As each Crystal Singing Bowl is played the corresponding Chakra will be cleared, balanced and energized. Once completed, Re Hu Tek Energy (similar to Reiki) will be utilized to address any other imbalances in the energetic body. Lastly, the Client will be asked to return their awareness to the room and the final minutes of the session will be a discussion around any intuitive information that may have come through. Here's the science-backed magic: Vagus Nerve Response: As the crystal singing bowls play, they gently stimulate the vagus nerve, a key player in your body's relaxation response. Brainwave Synchronization: The rhythmic vibrations of the crystal singing bowls can synchronize your brainwaves with their frequencies. This entrainment leads to a shift to slower brainwave states, such as alpha and theta waves, associated with meditation and deep relaxation. Sleep: Stress is a significant factor that can disrupt sleep patterns and lead to insomnia. Research has shown that sound therapy, including sound baths, can reduce stress and anxiety levels. Cancellation Policy

Payment in full is due upon booking of services. Refund Policy: To request a refund client must email intuitiverichardkilgo@gmail.com and include their Name, booked session date and time. Clients who request to cancel up to 4 hours before the booked service will receive a full refund. Clients who request to cancel within 2 to 4 hours of booked service will receive a partial refund equal to 75% of their booked service. Clients who request to cancel within 2 hours of booked service will receive a partial refund equal to 50% of their booked service. Exceptions to the refund policy may be considered, such as cases where the service was provided but the client was not satisfied or if there were unforeseen circumstances that led to the cancellation of the service. Rescheduling Policy: To request to reschedule, client must email intuitiverichardkilgo@gmail.com and include their Name, booked session date and time as well as their desired date and time to reschedule. If the client requests to reschedule any time before the scheduled session, every effort will be made to accommodate rescheduling and is subject to Richard's availability. If the client decides not to reschedule and the booked service is in the past, the same fees apply as in the Refund Policy.
